During the Build

During the build we will do an initial needs analysis, this places you firmly in control of the look feel function and architecture of the site. With this information the designer will structure a site draft taking into consideration the business analysis. Throughout this period there will be agreed review meetings when the designer can be contacted to discuss changes, problems or additions.

We are with you all the way. Through your unique control panel you can speak to one of our professional qualified technicians within 5 minutes by going via live chat. or if you prefer you can talk to the site designer. We have found that 95% of our queries can be dealt with there and then, or through one of our technicians doing a little bit of tweaking thier end. If however your query is a little more complex the operator will give you a ticket number and as soon as the problem is fixed will get back to you. If you want to find out about the progress of the query all you have to do is e mail stating the ticket number and you will be e mailed back.

You can of course e mail in the first instance and you should recieve a reply within the first 12 hours.
